We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll work closely with admins, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain complex Flows, validation rules, and automation
- Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and manage data migrations
- Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing and ensure code coverage meets org standards
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins on configuration vs. custom development decisions
- Maintain technical documentation for custom solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation tools
- Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data management practices
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or SFDX)
- Understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills for working with cross-functional and multilingual teams
