Key Responsibility

1. Budget Planning & Management

- Plan, forecast, and manage quarterly and annual e-commerce paid marketing budgets across SEM, CPS (Affiliate), media buying, and other promotional resources.

- Formulate budget allocation plans for SEM campaigns based on product launches, campaign objectives, and general business targets; handle budget applications and approvals.

- Manage CPS commission budgets, paid media procurement fees, and promotional resource expenditures.

- Align marketing resource planning with product launches and major shopping events (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sales) to improve budget efficiency.

- Dynamically adjust budget distribution and media resource allocations based on real-time business performance and campaign ROI.

2. Traffic Strategy & Campaign Planning

- Develop traffic generation plans in line with the annual marketing calendar, major sales events, and product launches, collaborating closely with MKT, Product, and Operations teams.

- Conduct media market research to evaluate trends, consumer behaviors, and publisher performance to inform media channel selection and allocation strategy.

- Optimize CPS affiliate commission tiers, negotiate partner placements, and execute resource barters to boost partner efficiency.

- Design custom traffic acquisition and conversion strategies tailored to specific campaign goals across different product categories.

3. Media & Creative Asset Management

- Oversee day-to-day management of SEM (Search, Shopping) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, sitelinks, bidding strategies, and promo integrations.

- Produce creative briefs for search ads (Copy, Keywords, Sitelinks) aligned with Global HQ account structure and campaign needs.

- Draft creative briefs for CPS media networks, overseeing creative production and launch workflows.

- Create, track, and distribute promotional discount codes/coupons to agencies, media outlets, and channel partners.

- Ensure accurate product specifications, promotional mechanisms, and marketing assets are distributed to agencies, media partners, and publishers.

- Develop briefs for Demand Gen ad creatives, copy, and promotional materials for launch events and major sales.

- Coordinate on-site content planning and messaging execution for owned push notifications (e.g., My HUAWEI Push).

- Perform routine maintenance, audits, and error checks for SEO product feeds.

- Partner with PR, Social, and Brand MKT teams to ensure unified promotional and product messaging across all touchpoints.

4. Campaign Launch & Quality Assurance

- Conduct pre- and post-launch QA checks on SEM, Shopping, and Search campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy in product information, pricing, landing pages, and promotion mechanics.

- Verify ad creatives and promo details for Demand Gen campaigns during key sales periods.

- Inspect media buying ad placements to ensure ads run according to agreed schedules, placements, and specs.

- Audit promo codes/coupon functionality live on-site and resolve any technical errors immediately.

- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies across ads, creatives, pricing, landing pages, and stock availability.

5. Campaign Reconciliation & Channel Management

- Manage monthly CPS affiliate commission reviews and campaign data verification, validating key metrics such as commission rates and order statuses.

- Lead proof-of-performance acceptance for media buying campaigns, collecting screenshots, delivery proofs, business data, and campaign reports.

- Maintain clear communication with media partners, agencies, internal finance, and business operations to facilitate seamless campaign execution and invoice settlements.

- Audit order anomalies, commission disputes, and tracking discrepancies to drive swift resolutions.

6. Analytics & Performance Optimization

- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly SEM performance metrics (Cost, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CPA) to evaluate channel effectiveness.

- Track affiliate platform dashboards to analyze orders, commission payouts, and conversion trends.

- Conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate conversion funnels and identify traffic leakage or growth opportunities.

- Leverage store traffic and consumer data to build target persona profiles and understand user intent.

- Optimize audience targeting, media mix, and budget distribution based on real-time channel performance and campaign objectives.

7. Paid Social & Performance Media Execution (PSM)

- Build performance media plans based on campaign KPIs, selecting appropriate media channels, targeting parameters, and budget distributions.

- Select optimal ad formats and ad creatives tailored to specific media platform mechanics (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Paid Search).

- Write creative briefs for ad copy and design assets, collaborating with internal design and agency teams to produce performance assets.

- Continuously track performance metrics (Cost, CTR, Conversion, ROAS) to dynamically optimize target audience segments, placements, and ad creatives.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media Management (specifically targeting the Spanish market).

- Channel Expertise: Proven track record in managing SEM (Google Ads, Shopping), CPS/Affiliate Networks, and Performance Media/Paid Social.

- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities using Google Analytics, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and attribution tools; deeply familiar with key performance metrics (Cost, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA).

- Vendor & Agency Management: Prior experience briefing agencies, managing external media vendor relationships, and handling financial reconciliations.

- Languages: Professional working proficiency or fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), prefer Chinese speaker.

- Soft Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail (campaign QA), strong cross-functional communication skills, and an agile problem-solving mindset.
