Compensation & Earnings:
- Base Salary + Practically Guaranteed Bonus (€38,000 combined) + Uncapped Commission
- Year 1 Earnings: Average total compensation of €47,500+
- Earning Trajectory: Year 2 Average €75,000+ | Year 3 Average €100,000+
