• 10+ years of experience as a Developer and Functional Designer.
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience – mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in PL/I (PLI).
• Strong experience with DB2.
• Strong experience with CICS.
• Strong experience with MQ / IBM MQ.
• Experience in complex application design and development.
• Strong functional and technical design experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional/data models.
• Experience with system architecture, application integration, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
