For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Main Responsibilities:

- Participation in negotiations regarding material availability with SATAIR (standard HW (hardware)) / SOOP (Supply Management Organisation) and supplier availability with Procurement (PMR), as well as questioning/challenging these where necessary (Supply Chain Industrialisation).

- Input for the production of the Kit Factory for all retrofits involving kits (customer complaints).

- Execution of all requirements arising from customer orders or according to the pre-planning process for kits.

- Determination of material requirements based on Data Engineering input, taking into account logistical rules: inventory targets, volumes, supply chain capacities, sales.

- Follow-up and monitoring of each retrofit to ensure the on-time and quality-compliant delivery of kits according to customer requirements.

- Processing of customer orders to control downstream activities for kits.

- Coordination with the Supply Officer and the Planning Department (Kit Factory) regarding OTD (On-Time Delivery) for all required sub-component materials.

- Planning of production orders (work order management) and work orders (including rework orders) and coordination of work order priorities with the Kit Factory.

- Preparation of inputs for pre-planning reviews and, where necessary, revision of the inventory strategy.

Qualifications:

- Technical or business degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistic

- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement, Supply Chain/Logisitcs.

- At least 1 year of Contract management experience.

- Fluent in German and English (business level).

- SAP/R3 – at least advanced user knowledge

- Google Workspace

- Lean Management – at least basic knowledge

- Knowledge in the field of civil aviation (CA) documentation – at least basic knowledge

- Airbus experience is an advantage
