About The Role
We are expanding our team to support our growing customer base and installation needs. If you enjoy travel, sharing technical expertise, and working hands-on with advanced machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Perform service, repairs, and installations of Bobst machinery.
- Relocate existing equipment and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Provide customer training and implement productivity improvement programs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions.
- Be on call for after-hours support on a rotating basis.
- Offer technical support to customers, service centers, and technicians.
This position requires extensive travel (85-95%) across the US.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5-10 years of experience in a Field Service role.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
Compensation & Benefits:
In good faith and in alignment with current market data, the base salary for this position is estimated to range between $70,000 - $90,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for:
- Overtime Pay (OT)
- Per diem allowance during travel
- Travel time compensation
