Hiair is an AI job-search platform: a public job marketplace, candidate profiles, a 0–100 matching engine, a chat copilot, and browser agents that apply to jobs on our users' behalf. As our AI Product Manager you own the product surface of that agent — what it does, when a human has to approve, and how it feels to hand your job search to software.
You'll sit with job seekers, write the next bet as a spec the team can ship the same week, and instrument whether it actually converted. This is a high-ownership role on a small team: you do not throw tickets over a wall, you stay with the feature until the numbers move.

What you'll do
• Own Copilot, Autopilot, and the apply funnel — from first job match to a submitted application the user is proud of.
• Turn fuzzy product ideas into scoped, shippable bets with a clear success metric.
• Partner with engineering on the agent loop (tools, approvals, failure states) so the product is correct, not just clever.
• Talk to users every week, watch the funnel, and kill or double-down based on what you see.
What we're looking for
• Experience shipping product at an AI, marketplace, or consumer SaaS company — ideally as the person who decided what got built.
• Comfort with agents and LLMs: you can reason about tools, evals, and when a human has to stay in the loop.
• A bias for writing things down, measuring what shipped, and changing the plan when the data disagrees.
• Genuine empathy for job seekers and the hiring process.
