Hiair is an AI job-search platform: a public job marketplace, candidate profiles, a 0–100 matching engine, a chat copilot, and browser agents that apply to jobs on our users’ behalf. As a Full-Stack AI Engineer you own features across the whole stack — the Next.js marketplace, the FastAPI backend, and the agents that tie them together.
You’ll move from a Figma sketch to a Postgres migration in the same day, and you care about latency, correctness, and the feel of a UI in equal measure. This is a high-ownership role on a small team where what you ship reaches users the same week.

Responsibilities
• Build user-facing features end to end: React/Next.js on the front, FastAPI + SQLAlchemy + Postgres on the back.
• Extend the apply agents (LangGraph/LLM tool loops) and the surfaces that drive and observe them.
• Turn fuzzy product ideas into shipped, measured surfaces — instrument what you build and iterate on the numbers.
• Own reliability of what you ship: migrations, tests, and the deploy path to Cloud Run.
Qualifications
• Strong TypeScript/React and Python, and comfort owning a feature from database to pixel.
• Experience with production web apps and relational data modeling.
• Interest in LLM/agent systems; direct experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• A bias for shipping and for measuring what you shipped.
Compensation
$150,000–$190,000 + equity
