Your Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy scalable machine learning models into production.
- Develop predictive models for pricing, forecasting, ranking, recommendations, churn prediction, customer segmentation and revenue optimisation.
- Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover business opportunities.
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other online experiments.
- Continuously monitor, improve and retrain production models.
- Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive projects from problem definition through deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to technical strategy, best practices and knowledge sharing within the Data Science organisation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support the adoption of modern AI development practices (for senior-level candidates).
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Data Scientist in a commercial environment (mid-level or senior).
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Physics or a related quantitative field.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning and predictive modelling.
- Excellent Python and SQL skills.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Passion for solving real-world problems with data.
