Overview of role:

The Pricing Manager will support the execution of ecommerce promotional activity from planning through measurement. This person will help select the right SKUs, build forecasting tools, manage promotional templates, partner with sales teams, and assess post promotion performance to determine what should be repeated, improved, or stopped. This is a highly hands on role suited to someone who is proactive, commercially curious, strong in Excel, and comfortable working with imperfect data.

Key responsibilities - Pricing Manager

- Build Excel based forecasting and tracking tools for ecommerce promotional activity

- Support SKU selection using agreed criteria such as ecommerce performance, ratings, assortment fit, and commercial viability

- Help plan and execute online promotions, particularly across Amazon and ecommerce channels

- Partner with sales managers to ensure promotional activity is communicated and executed cleanly

- Pull and combine data from multiple sources to support pricing and promotional decisions

- Build selection and measurement frameworks for ecommerce activity

- Analyse promotional performance and recommend whether activity should be repeated

- Support the wider net revenue management team across pricing, promotion, margin, and commercial analysis

- Work independently in a lean team, taking ownership of tasks without needing constant direction

- Help free up senior team capacity by managing day to day execution and project follow through

Key requirements - Pricing Manager

- Strong Excel skills, including modelling, templates, lookups, and working with messy data

- Experience in ecommerce, ideally Amazon or online retail promotions

- Understanding of pricing, promotions, margin, forecasting, or net revenue management

- Ability to work with ambiguous, incomplete, or disparate data sets

- Basic SQL ability, including joins and pulling data from tables

- Experience using Power BI or Tableau as a user

- Strong project management, attention to detail, and follow through

- Proactive, engaged, and comfortable asking questions early

- Able to operate in a lean, fast moving environment where processes and tools are still being built
