Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define analytical problem statements and success criteria.
- Design, build, test, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Proactively identify, validate, and resolve data quality issues.
- Translate modelling outputs into clear business recommendations and decision-support insights.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain structured, reviewable code and contribute through code reviews and standard development practices.
- Own delivery timelines, manage dependencies, and proactively address blockers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics, Predictive Analytics, and Data Modelling.
- Proficiency in Python or R (Java/C++ is a plus).
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, MapReduce, or similar big data technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with version control, pull requests, and collaborative development practices.
