Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Medior OpenShift DevOps Engineer for a freelance opportunity with a client in the Netherlands.
We are seeking a hands-on engineer with strong experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation, and cloud-native platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms,
- Manage platform upgrades, patching and security improvements,
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps solutions,
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible,
- Support application teams with containerisation and cloud-native best practices,
- Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions,
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of infrastructure, platform engineering or DevOps experience,
- 3+ years of hands-on OpenShift and Kubernetes experience,
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and Infrastructure as Code,
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Tekton or Argo CD,
- Experience working in Azure, AWS or hybrid cloud environments,
- Knowledge of security, RBAC and compliance within container platforms,
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills,
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Details: Based in The Netherlands - Freelance Contract - 12-month contract
