Hiring: UX Sr. Product Designer | Fort Worth, TX

Motion Recruitment is looking for an experienced UX/Product Designer to support a native mobile app redesign.

📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX

đź’Ľ Duration: 4 months

🏢 Schedule: Hybrid – Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote

🔹 Responsibilities

- Design native iOS and Android mobile experiences from research through development handoff.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs.

- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

- Develop research strategies, test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on project goals and KPIs.

- Analyze user feedback and research findings to improve designs through rapid iterations.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile teams.

- Present design recommendations and explain decisions using research, UX best practices, and business requirements.

- Develop and maintain UX documentation, design specifications, patterns, and navigational/task flows.

- Advocate for users while balancing business and technical requirements.

- Support multiple projects while managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

🔑 Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience preferred

- Native iOS & Android application design experience – REQUIRED

- Strong experience across the full UX lifecycle: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and developer handoff

- Strong knowledge of UX/UI, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design

- Experience working closely with developers in an Agile environment

- Proficiency with Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe Creative Cloud

- Experience with qualitative & quantitative UX research

- Experience with moderated and remote unmoderated usability testing

- Experience designing responsive, adaptive, and accessible experiences

- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

- Portfolio and LinkedIn profile must be included on the resume

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred.
