Access is looking for a Senior Applications Analyst to join us, with a particular focus on our core CRM system, Influence, and the broader ecosystem of tools that integrate with it. You'll work closely with another senior applications team member, splitting your focus across application ownership, process improvement, reporting, and vendor liaison: both locally and internationally.

This is a role for someone with a genuine technical foundation and a fast learning curve. You'll be trusted to pick up new systems and platforms quickly, work through problems independently, and bring curiosity to how things could run better.

- Assist in process improvement and automation projects, including using AI tools where relevant

- Liaise directly with software vendors to report bugs, request changes and edit templates

- Document systems, application flows and process diagrams

- Build and maintain KPI reports; act as the reporting point of contact for the Finance team

- Support software selection and assist with new system rollouts

- Develop and deliver training material to the wider team

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

- 2+ years' experience in IT, ideally within a software or data environment

- A strong technical foundation and the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Fluent, easy-to-follow spoken English, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders regularly

- Experience with low-code tools or Power BI is an advantage

- Comfortable working with both technical vendors and non-technical business stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary

- Flexi-benefits: choice of Health Insurance Allowance, Mobile Phone Allowance or Membership Allowance (start with one, unlock more through promotions)

- Regulatory pension

- 22.5 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service

- 10 days remote work per year

- Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30–5:30, Fri 8:30–5:00
