About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), traditional Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, CRM Development teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, ethical, and high-impact AI solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize AI models using LLMs such as GPT-4, Gemini, and similar foundation models.
- Develop NLP and Deep Learning solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, CRM Development teams, and Product Owners to deliver scalable AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development, model optimization, and MLOps.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure responsible AI practices by addressing model bias, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Monitor, improve, and maintain AI model performance throughout the model lifecycle.
- Document architectures, workflows, and model lifecycle processes for transparency, reproducibility, and audit readiness.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Experience building scalable AI applications on cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and production ML deployments.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience providing technical leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Payer or Healthcare Technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Project management or technical leadership experience.
