Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Associate to support retail order fulfillment and drone delivery operations. This role is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders, preparing and labeling packages, managing inventory, and loading completed orders for delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good customer-service skills, and the ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and select items based on customer orders.
- Pack and label orders clearly and correctly for delivery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
- Handle, organize, and maintain store inventory.
- Prepare and load completed packages for drone delivery.
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Support store operations and provide professional customer service when needed.
- Work reliably and maintain punctual attendance.
- Collaborate with store and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, front desk, customer service, store operations, fulfillment, or order picking preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move packages during the workday.
- Valid Driver’s License (DL) required.
- Must have reliable access to a car.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
Schedule:
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Alternate holidays required
