ASRS Technical Lead
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced ASRS Technical Lead to provide technical ownership, leadership, and hands-on engineering support for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems supporting warehouse automation and manufacturing operations. The role will actively participate in troubleshooting, system improvements, upgrades, disaster recovery, and future site implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Own ASRS technical architecture, operational roadmap, and support strategy while remaining actively involved in delivery and support.
• Perform hands-on support for production issues, upgrades, configuration changes, platform enhancements, and future site deployments.
• Troubleshoot application, database, middleware, infrastructure, connectivity, and integration issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and resiliency initiatives.
• Coordinate technical delivery and issue resolution with automation vendors and support partners.
• Configure and support servers, databases, middleware, networking, certificates, monitoring, and system integrations.
• Develop technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge transfer plans.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years supporting warehouse automation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
• Experience with ASRS, WMS, WCS, Swisslog SynQ, AutoStore, or comparable platforms.
• Strong hands-on SQL Server, Windows Server, infrastructure, and enterprise application support experience.
• Knowledge of system integrations, high availability, disaster recovery, and production support models.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Preferred Qualifications
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Azure infrastructure and application monitoring experience.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing environments.
