Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to develop and support automation across enterprise Linux and Windows environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Ansible, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Grafana, Linux, Windows, and SSH.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and workflows.
- Automate OS patching, pre/post validation, provisioning, configuration, software deployment, health checks, service management, and compliance checks.
- Develop Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripts for infrastructure automation, reporting, and operational tooling.
- Build REST API integrations with ITSM, CMDB, monitoring, security, and infrastructure platforms.
- Develop Grafana dashboards for infrastructure health, patching, availability, security/compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Manage automation code using Git/GitHub, including branching, pull requests, versioning, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot Linux/Windows, SSH, WinRM, authentication, API, network, package, and service-related automation issues.
- Build automation with appropriate validation, error handling, logging, and reporting.

- ServiceNow APIs, VMware, PostgreSQL/SQL, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWX/Ansible Automation Platform, CyberArk, vulnerability/patch automation, certificate automation, Streamlit, and infrastructure monitoring
Experience:-
- 7+ years in Infrastructure, Systems Administration, DevOps, or Automation.
- 5+ years hands-on automation/scripting experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise Linux and Windows environments.
- Proven ability to convert operational requirements into secure, reusable, production-ready end-to end automation solutions.
