Description
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of products and auxiliary materials. This role focuses on international and domestic distribution, customs clearance, inventory control, and process optimization to deliver exceptional customer experience.
In this role, you will…

Manage order processing in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with global and regional teams to coordinate product fulfillment and replenishment.
- Navigate complex customs, tax, and distribution requirements in local and regional markets.
- Monitor and evaluate logistics partners’ performance for shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory control and distribution management in SAP or related systems.
- Support global and regional projects such as system rollouts, compliance initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, account management, and after-sales support (including spare parts and consumables).
- Track and review order entries, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and performance dashboards (KPIs).
- Participate in audits and quality management processes as required.
- Collaborate on training and development to ensure technical competence within the team.
- Propose ideas for improving procedures and customer service.
For this role, you'll need...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Sales Force desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI.
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (LEAN/Six Sigma desirable).
- Skilled in supplier management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
