About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Timekeeping Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee time and attendance records that support payroll processing.
Required Qualifications
✔ 3-5 years of experience in finance, payroll operations, timekeeping, or related functions.
✔ Experience working with time and attendance systems, preferably ADP Workforce Software.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of payroll processes, labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
✔ Advanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live activities of a new time and attendance system.
✅ Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records.
✅ Monitor timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and pay rules.
✅ Partner with Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
✅ Prepare, validate, and distribute timekeeping reports.
✅ Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, system issues, and root causes.
✅ Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and process improvements.
✅ Provide regular updates and reporting on timekeeping metrics, payroll support activities, system issues, and improvement initiatives.
✅ Support managers and employees with guidance on timekeeping policies, procedures, and system usage.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation of timekeeping processes, system updates, and payroll-related activities.
