Description
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter with Client Facing experience to be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to meet client hiring needs.
This role involves proactively searching for talent across multiple job boards and sourcing channels, conducting phone screenings, maintaining candidate records, and delivering qualified candidates through recruitment systems. The position requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support recruitment activities aligned with the business.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job intake/profile definition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to meet hiring needs, particularly for assigned positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support hiring requirements, particularly for positions assigned.
- Conduct active candidate searches through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Enter and maintain accurate candidate information within the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates according to client requirements and service level expectations.
- Prepare recruitment reports, process analyses, and sourcing metrics as required.
- Achieve daily productivity and performance goals established by the client.
Required skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience recruiting positions across various industries related to sales, finance, administrative, high volume.
- Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment, and talent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively conduct phone screening interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
