Solution Consultant – Consumer Data & MarTech
Location: Hybrid – Must be within commuting distance to Pleasanton, CA
We are seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in designing and supporting customer-centric digital, data, and marketing technology solutions. This role will support Consumer Data Platforms, Adobe Experience Platform, customer data activation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics.
Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions
Location: Hybrid – Must be within commuting distance to Pleasanton, CA
Pay Rate: $90/hr - $95/hr on W2
No C2C or 1099 - Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved!

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and develop functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and logical designs.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Translate business requirements into scalable data flows, integration patterns, and activation workflows.
Support solutions involving AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Customer Journey Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, identity resolution, and Consumer 360 platforms.
Partner with IT Engineering and Testing teams during handoff, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and data-governance standards.
Collaborate with business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, engineering, and testing teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of related professional experience required; 6+ years in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting preferred.
Experience with health care payer or health plan systems required, such as TriZetto Facets, TriZetto QNXT, HealthEdge HealthRules Payer, Oracle Health Insurance, or comparable platforms.
Experience implementing or supporting Consumer Data Platforms, Customer 360, or MarTech ecosystems.
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and technical skills, communication abilities, stakeholder-management skills, and delivery discipline.
