We are looking for an AI Engineer – GenAI Platform Support to configure, support, secure, and deploy enterprise GenAI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Glean, and similar AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML, Python, prompt engineering, model tuning, cloud platforms, security controls, and enterprise AI integrations, along with the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and support production feature releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support enterprise GenAI platforms including Claude, OpenAI, and Glean.
- Manage Entra groups, security settings, scoped access, and Cybersecurity approvals.
- Troubleshoot bugs and defects and coordinate with platform vendors for resolution.
- Develop technical solutions for client application management and required security controls.
- Support feature releases, pilots, approvals, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI/ML development techniques.
- Support enterprise AI platforms while following Zero-Trust and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for AI/software development.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into business workflows.
- Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise application environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4+ years developing or deploying ML models.
- Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
- Experience configuring enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or Glean.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Zero-Trust, scoped access, and security controls.
- Experience with feature release management and production deployments.
- AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering background.
- Relevant Machine Learning, Data Science, or Analytics certifications.
