Experience:
- 12+ years of QA experience
- Strong experience in Insurance testing, preferably PET insurance
- Hands-on experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Framework Development
- Design and maintain automation frameworks
- Establish coding and automation standards
- Create reusable automation components
- Automation Delivery
- Automate critical business journeys
- Develop API, UI and regression suites
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- POD Collaboration
- Work alongside developers during feature development
- Support shift-left testing practices
- Participate in code reviews and quality reviews
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities
- Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency
- Reduce manual regression effort
