We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant Talent Acquisition Platforms to join a global HR Technology team and play a key role in a major transformation program. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of recruiting technology, helping drive the migration from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SmartRecruiters while supporting AI-enabled hiring processes across an international organization.
This position operates within a highly international environment and requires English proficiency at C1 level or above to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support the transition from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/CSB) to SmartRecruiters.
- Define target recruiting processes and contribute to solution design workshops.
- Drive implementation, migration, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with global HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered recruiting capabilities.
- Assess impacts on processes, integrations, data models, and reporting.
- Present recommendations and project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate external implementation partners and vendors.
- Contribute to the long-term Talent Acquisition technology strategy.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB)
- Proven experience leading implementations, migrations, or large-scale Talent Acquisition transformation projects
- Minimum 2 years of SmartRecruiters experience including implementations or migrations
- Strong experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions
- Strong understanding of global HR and recruiting processes
- Experience working in large, multinational enterprise environments
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience managing implementation partners and external vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with Onboarding 2.0
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Knowledge of recruiting AI solutions, CRM platforms, interview tools, document generation tools, or recruitment marketing technologies
- Experience supporting global HR transformation programs
- Experience working with Employee/Works Councils
