- Discussing and understanding the client’s requirements and making amends to the existing Solution design document.
- Business oriented thinking in making any project change orders to the existing signed statement of Work.
- Should be well versed with Workforce & Time & Attendance software functionality. [PT101 certification preferred]
- Exposure to cloud environments build and database configurations.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Self-driven and ownership to track/complete project tasks on timely manner.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Should have handled customers across US and UK.
