Technical Abilities:
- Knowledge in Workforce and is certified in Workforce – Integration (PT103).
- Professional experience with JavaScript at advanced level.
- Working with SQL and writing basic queries.
- Working Knowledge in SOAP and Restful Web Services Implementation.
- Working Knowledge on SSO Federations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an added advantage.
- Able to gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
- Develop Interfaces using APIs for Customers to connect with HCM applications.
- Assist customer in all integration processes and design architecture programs.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
- Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with customers to understand the concerns and provide a solution.
- Stay current on technical specifications on the Software products.
- Revise existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Follow structured processes for documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices
