Qualifications:
- have 2 years of pure email support experience | minimum is 1 year and 8 months
- Highschool Graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Passes program-specific skills in areas of language fluency and special technical abilities.
- Has a strong willingness to work and have the abilities to do the job well.
