Product & Market Analysis:-
> Conduct market research and competitor analysis for EDC and payment products..-
> Identify market opportunities and recommend new EDC features, services, and use cases. Product Development & Enhancement-
> Translate business needs into product requirements and improvement initiatives.-
> Work with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product features and requirements.-
> Preparation of BRD, PRD, user stories, process flows, and product specifications.-
> Participate in product testing, UAT, pilot implementation, and product launches.-
> Evaluate the impact of new features after implementation. EDC Ecosystem & Integration-
> Support analysis of EDC integrations with banks, payment processors, switching providers, acquirers, and other payment partners.-
> Understand EDC transaction flows, including authorization, settlement, reversal, refund, and reconciliation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product analysis, payment systems, fintech, banking, acquiring, EDC, or digital financial services.
Strong analytical and problem
-solving skills. Good understanding of payment transaction processes and financial technology. Experience working with transaction data and business/product KPIs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work cross-functionally with business, technology, operations, and external partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Documentation discipline and ability to deliver measurable results written in document.
