Requirements:
- Commitment and a have a team environment mindset
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience in enterprise applications.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and commitment to delivery excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience delivering solutions for medium to large‑scale technology projects.
- Good to have knowledge of Payment screening, sanctions screening, AML systems, or financial messaging, e.g. MQ, ISO20022, SWIFT
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
(Indicate up to 3 areas)
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Batch scripting, Shell scripting, Windows scripts, and job scheduling.
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data processing, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, etc.
- Good understanding and experience of API development and microservices concepts.
- Good to have experience with MQ messaging technologies.
- Ability to understand technical process flows, systems logic, and integration patterns.
