ICT Project Manager
As an ICT project manager you would be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating quality accredited ICT projects. You would be accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs.
- Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans.
- Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.
- Directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenance and operations.
- Support project planning, resource tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across all project phases.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years experience in leading project management activities for ANZ region.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT services industry is highly recommended.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.
- Demonstrated ability to drive margin improvement for strategic and underperforming accounts, with strong expertise in invoicing, financial forecasting, margin analysis and developing profitable strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverable.
- Negotiation skills.
