Role Description The Agentic AI Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role leads the vision, strategy, and implementation of agentic AI solutions across EROS Technologies’ technology and staffing services, with a particular focus on enhancing legal and professional recruiting workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining AI product roadmaps, overseeing design and deployment of AI agents, and coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, data science, product, and operations. The Agentic AI Director will evaluate emerging AI tools, ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, and optimize processes such as candidate sourcing, matching, and client engagement. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on go-to-market strategies, presenting technical and business recommendations, and measuring impact through clearly defined KPIs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and agentic AI systems, including experience architecting and deploying AI-driven products or platforms.
- Background in software engineering, data engineering, or data science, with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Product and strategy skills, such as defining AI roadmaps, prioritizing features, managing stakeholders, and aligning technical initiatives with business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring technical talent, and driving complex AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Knowledge of workforce solutions, recruiting, staffing, or HR tech; experience with legal industry workflows or compliance-driven environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with comfort interpreting data and defining performance metrics for AI systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; relevant industry certifications or AI research experience are a plus.
