📍 Location: Dallas, TX
🏢 Work Arrangement: 5 Days Onsite
💼 Type: W2 Contract
⏳ Duration: 6 Months – High Chance of Extension
🔎 What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Spanish-speaking proficiency required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Ability to coordinate candidate interviews and rescheduling
- Background check and onboarding support
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting for non-technical roles is preferred
- Workday ATS experience is a plus, but not required
👥 Roles Supported:
- Retail workers
- Call center workers
- Network professionals
- Non-management positions
