Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through a combination of new customer acquisition and existing account development.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to project execution.
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop strategic growth initiatives.
- Support regional business activities and customer engagements when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Materials, or a related discipline.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, electronics, engineering, materials, chemicals, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.
