# Business Analist PEGA
## About the Role
ilionx is looking for a **Business Analyst PEGA** to help organizations improve their services through smart, process-driven solutions. Working at the intersection of business and IT, you will translate complex business processes and customer needs into clear requirements and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective **PEGA solutions**.
Experience with PEGA is valuable, but it is not required to be successful in the role. Candidates with an affinity for business analysis and process automation can develop their PEGA expertise through the **ilionx Academy**. Whether you already work with PEGA or are looking to grow into the role, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation and optimization.
## Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and model business processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct interviews to understand complex processes and customer requirements.
- Create, analyze, and prioritize user stories.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of PEGA solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and optimization.
- Help customers improve processes and digital services through PEGA-based solutions.
## Required Qualifications
- Completed **HBO-level education** or higher.
- Minimum **3 years of IT experience** as a PEGA Consultant, Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Designer, or in a comparable role.
- Affinity with **IT and low-code platforms**.
- Interest in business analysis and process optimization.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and experience working with **Agile methodologies**.
- Excellent command of the **Dutch language**, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to continuously develop your skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with **PEGA**.
- PEGA certifications, such as **Certified Business Architect (CBA)**, are a strong advantage.
- Existing experience with PEGA-based process automation solutions.

- Comparable IT/business analysis role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- PEGA experience is advantageous but is not required; ilionx provides development opportunities through its Academy for candidates with relevant business analysis and process automation experience.
## Work Arrangement & Schedule
- **Work arrangement:** Hybrid.
- **Location:** Zwolle, Netherlands.
- Work can take place at an ilionx office, at the customer, or from home.
- **Employment type:** Permanent contract.
- **Weekly hours:** Compensation is based on **40 hours per week**.

- **Salary:** €3,500–€6,000 based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience.
