Technical Capabilities
- Strong backend experience in C# and/OR Java (ideally both)
- Strong frontend experience with ReactJS
- Experience building and supporting APIs / microservices
- Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, Couchbase)
- Experience with messaging / event-driven systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, AmazonMQ)
- Familiarity with observability tooling (logs, metrics, alerting – e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g. Concourse, Git-based workflows)
- Experience debugging and supporting production systems

- Able to ramp up quickly and work with limited handholding
- Comfortable asking the right questions early to unblock progress
- Communicates clearly on progress, risks, and blockers
- Works effectively within an existing team and codebase (pragmatic, no overengineering)
