Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance & 201 File Audit:

- Perform a comprehensive review and audit of consultants' 201 files to ensure complete document compliance for project-assigned personnel.

- Identify missing records, track outstanding requirements, and coordinate directly with hires to collect necessary documents.

- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee filing systems.

- Talent Acquisition Support:

- Assist in screening candidate resumes against role requirements for ongoing project needs.

- Coordinate and schedule interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers.

- Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-up communications to applicants.

- Onboarding & New Hire Orientation:

- Help facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions.

- Support post-orientation administrative tasks to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

- General Talent Management Administration:

- Help prepare internal announcements, communications, and HR materials

- Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and special ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive or confidential employee data.

- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for professional stakeholder interaction.

- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with online forms

- A proactive, positive attitude and a eagerness to learn Human Resources / Talent Management processes.
