YOUR JOB

You will be employed in the in kitchen and bar and will actively participate in the day business; including the daily cleaning work

Preparation and taking care of the breakfast-buffet are also amongst your tasks

Imposing quality- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility

Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary

You put the goods away on delivery

You draw up the menu for our dinner-buffet

You supervise scheduling for kitchen- and bar-crew
