Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor

Talently is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Content Creator to support our company and leadership social media presence, primarily on Instagram, with additional support for LinkedIn.
You’ll turn existing photos, videos, and ideas into engaging content that highlights the people, experiences, and stories behind our business. Content will include lifestyle, travel, personal interests, entrepreneurship, and company updates.
What you’ll do
- Review provided photos and videos and recommend the strongest content.
- Edit photos and create Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories.
- Produce short videos with clean cuts, subtitles, and music that fits the content.
- Write natural captions tailored to each account’s voice and audience.
- Maintain a simple content calendar and prepare weekly posts for approval.
- Draft LinkedIn posts around business, leadership, and company milestones.
- Bring fresh ideas and coordinate with leadership to gather content and context.
What we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio of Instagram content, including lifestyle, personal brand, or founder accounts.
- Strong photo and video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Canva.
- Excellent written English and the ability to capture someone’s voice and personality.
- Good taste in visuals, music, pacing, and storytelling.
- Strong organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Discretion when handling unpublished company and personal content.
Schedule and scope
This is an ongoing, part-time freelance opportunity, initially approximately 10–15 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, with some availability to coordinate during Pacific business hours.
A portfolio is required. We value creativity, good judgment, and the ability to turn real experiences into content people connect with.
