Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to hire a learning and development specialist for a team that creates tailored learning experiences across the organisation.
You will combine programme design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and practical use of generative AI. The work covers professional effectiveness, writing, leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and selected financial or technical skills, with responsibility for taking several workstreams from concept through delivery.
The Role
- Partner with content leads and stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes.
- Identify useful applications of generative AI across learning design, content, delivery, learner experience, and workflows.
- Work with subject-matter experts to create workshops, tutorials, simulations, coaching, guides, and other formats.
- Facilitate sessions in your areas of expertise.
- Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies across multiple concurrent programmes.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree and five to seven years’ professional experience, including learning and development or a related field.
- Experience applying generative AI to learning design, content, or working practices.
- A track record designing or delivering professional effectiveness, writing, manager development, onboarding, or financial and technical skills programmes.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate them clearly.
- Excellent organisation, judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
