PROJECT MANAGER – STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Rowley, MA | $125K–$140K + Annual Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available
A state-of-the-art, full-service steel construction company serving the greater Northeast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Rowley, Massachusetts, just north of Boston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized professional with strong steel construction project management experience who enjoys working with customers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor construction project budgets
- Coordinate material, equipment, and installation schedules
- Work closely with detailers, joist & deck suppliers, and erectors
- Review and submit shop drawings and project submittals
- Manage client needs, expectations, and project communications
- Visit job sites and attend on-site project meetings
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to the original scope of work
- Manage multiple projects through various stages of completion
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience in steel construction
- Ability to read and interpret steel and architectural drawings
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Self-starter with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000–$140,000 base salary
