About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support Specialist to join the ANZ Local Technology Services (LTS) team and support, maintain, and enhance Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) services across Accenture ANZ.
The successful candidate will act as an AV/VC Subject Matter Expert for meeting spaces and events, particularly at the Sydney office. The role is responsible for ensuring that AV/VC systems and collaboration technologies remain operational, well maintained, and effectively utilized for meetings, events, and other business activities.
The role requires strong AV/VC technical expertise, customer service and stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting events and collaboration environments. The successful candidate will also provide desktop support across Windows and Mac environments when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the AV/VC Subject Matter Expert, supporting meeting spaces, events, and collaboration technologies.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AV/VC systems to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Manage AV/VC assets, equipment lifecycle, inventory, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Develop operational processes, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting events, projects, and technology upgrades.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in AV/VC design, deployment, and support.
- Experience in onsite IT AV/VC design and support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies
- Experience providing desktop support across Windows and Mac environments.
- Experience troubleshooting AV/VC systems and network-connected technologies across WAN and LAN environments.
- Experience setting up and supporting AV/VC equipment for meetings, events, and collaboration spaces.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and related collaboration technologies.
- Exposure to AV technologies and platforms from vendors such as: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Cisco Webex, Poly, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cyviz, Planar and Lightware
- Knowledge of digital-signage solutions is advantageous.
- Experience managing AV/VC equipment inventory, repairs, preventative maintenance, and replacement activities.
- Experience coordinating with hardware vendors, third-party suppliers, and technical support providers.
- Flexibility to support events outside standard business hours when required.
Note:
- The role is primarily responsible for supporting AV/VC meeting spaces and events, particularly at the Sydney office.
- Occasional shift work and out-of-hours event support may be required.
- Interstate travel may be required from time to time to support commissioning or decommissioning activities.
- The successful candidate may be required to provide desktop support across Windows and Mac environments when necessary.
- The role will work closely with Workplace teams, LTS teams, business stakeholders, hardware vendors, and third-party service providers.
