We are building the next generation of content experiences—an AI-native, app-less interactive format that enables brands to create richer, more immersive, and engaging consumer experiences.
As we expand our presence in the U.S. market, events will play a critical role in our go-to-market strategy. From major industry conferences and trade shows to executive dinners, private roundtables, and high-touch brand experiences, we want every event to create meaningful relationships, increase brand visibility, and generate measurable business impact.
We are looking for a Field & Event Marketing Manager who can build and own this engine. The ideal candidate understands the U.S. advertising, media, agency, marketing, AI, and technology ecosystem, knows where influential industry leaders gather, and can turn those moments into conversations, relationships, brand awareness, and pipeline.
What You'll Own
Build Our U.S. Event Strategy
- Identify and maintain a comprehensive calendar of the most important advertising, media, marketing, AI, and technology events across the U.S. and globally.
- Evaluate events based on ICP relevance, audience quality, sponsorship opportunities, speaking potential, networking value, and pipeline generation potential.
- Develop our annual event participation strategy across conferences, trade shows, executive gatherings, private dinners, roundtables, and industry forums.
- Establish a repeatable framework for determining where we should attend, sponsor, speak, host, or create our own presence.
- Identify emerging events, communities, and industry gatherings that could provide strategic opportunities for growth and positioning.
Own Events End-to-End
- Manage the complete lifecycle of event participation, from research and budgeting through registration, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, sponsors, vendors, agencies, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with the CEO, founders, Sales, Marketing, and Community teams to align event objectives, schedules, and priorities.
- Identify and secure speaking engagements, panel opportunities, partnerships, executive meetings, and networking opportunities for company leadership.
- Ensure every event has clearly defined objectives, target audiences, success metrics, and follow-up plans.
Create Demand Around Every Event
- Develop pre-event marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, excitement, and qualified meetings.
- Coordinate LinkedIn, email, founder, customer, partner, and community amplification around major events.
- Create event-specific campaigns and messaging to drive awareness and attendance.
- Research high-value attendees and proactively create personalized reasons for them to connect with us.
- Develop exclusive side events, executive dinners, roundtables, meetups, and other high-touch experiences around strategic industry gatherings.
- Partner with Sales to prioritize high-value prospects and accounts before each event.
Own the On-Ground Presence
- Represent the company at major industry events and serve as a strong brand ambassador.
- Coordinate executive meetings, customer conversations, product demonstrations, networking opportunities, and partner interactions.
- Manage event logistics and ensure our presence is professional, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Work closely with the Social & Content Marketing team to capture and amplify event activity in real time.
- Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences, generate conversations, capture content, and create social moments during events.
- Ensure executives and team members are fully prepared with schedules, target accounts, talking points, and meeting objectives.
Turn Events Into Pipeline
- Build structured post-event lead and attendee workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Capture, organize, qualify, and enrich attendee and prospect information.
- Develop segmented email campaigns and nurture sequences based on attendee interests and engagement.
- Ensure every meaningful event interaction has a clearly defined follow-up action and owner.
- Track meetings, qualified opportunities, event-sourced pipeline, event-influenced pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Analyze event performance and ROI to determine which events should be expanded, repeated, or deprioritized.
- Continuously optimize the event strategy based on performance, audience quality, and business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, advertising, media, SaaS, AI, or a closely related technology ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. advertising, media, agency, and marketing landscape.
- Demonstrated experience owning industry events from strategic planning through execution and post-event measurement.
- Strong project management, organizational, budgeting, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling event messaging and outreach.
- Comfortable working directly with CEOs, founders, senior executives, customers, partners, and external event organizers.
- Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to identify opportunities rather than simply execute instructions.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and internationally for strategic events.
You Will Be a Great Fit If...
You naturally ask:
- Who will be there?
- Who do we need to meet?
- How do we get them to meet us?
- What can we create around this event?
- How can we make our presence stand out?
- How do we turn these relationships into something bigger after the event?
You're equally comfortable negotiating with an event organizer, researching an attendee list, building a target prospect list, coordinating with a CEO, writing a personalized invitation, running an on-ground activation, and reviewing pipeline numbers after the event.
You understand that great events aren't just about logistics—they're about creating relationships, generating demand, building brand equity, and driving measurable business outcomes.
This is a builder/operator role, not an event-coordination role.
