You Are

UST is searching for experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives.

The Opportunity

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.

- Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.

- Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration Claims Processing & Encounters

- Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.

- Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

- Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.

- Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.

- Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

What You Need

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.

- Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.

- Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.

- Required Skills:

- Strong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.

- Hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters

- Strong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality FACETS Batch Processes FACETS Backend Data Models FACETS Configuration and Extensions

- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.

- Strong .NET development experience.

- Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions.

- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in healthcare environments.

- Familiarity with Healthcare Payer business processes and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD practices.

- Exposure to FACETS upgrade and modernization programs.

- Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, web services, and healthcare data exchanges.

- Agile/Scrum development experience.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Seattle, Washington

Compensation Range: $91,000-$137,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
