Windows System Administrator
12+ Months
Plano, TX (5 days onsite in a week)
We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, VMware management, Veeam backup systems, Active Directory, PowerShell automation, and Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter environments, including virtual machines, resource allocation, snapshots, and performance.
• Configure and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup jobs, replication, restores, and backup verification.
• Perform Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user licensing, MFA, security settings, and mailbox management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Good knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Entra ID.
