IT Programme Manager – Data Transformation
I’m currently looking for a IT Programme Manager with strong banking/financial services experience to lead a complex, multi-year technology transformation programme.
This is a senior delivery role for someone who has a proven track record of taking large-scale data and technology initiatives from strategy through to implementation.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years' experience in IT project/programme management
- Fluent English and French
- 5+ years leading complex transformation programmes with multiple workstreams
- Proven experience working within a bank, asset manager, development finance institution or similarly regulated financial organisation
- Strong experience across Data Management, Data Governance and Data Warehousing/Data Platforms
- Experience integrating data from multiple business and operational sources
- Proven track record leading end-to-end technology implementations and/or major system migrations
- Experience covering requirements, vendor selection, data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover and rollback planning
- Comfortable managing senior business, technology and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of technology delivery, governance, risks, dependencies and programme management
