Role Description The Deployment Strategist – Global is a full-time, hybrid role based in Madrid, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the strategist partners with large enterprise customers to design, plan, and execute deployments of Orbio AI’s agentic workforce solutions across multiple regions and functions. Day-to-day, the strategist analyzes client workflows, defines deployment strategies, coordinates implementation timelines, and collaborates with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts. The role involves gathering and synthesizing stakeholder requirements, monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and translating business needs into scalable deployment plans. This position also contributes to global best practices, supports change management initiatives, and helps drive adoption and long-term value realization for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in deployment strategy, implementation consulting, or program management for enterprise technology or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and communication with global teams and clients.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, interpret data, and develop structured recommendations for large-scale rollouts.
- Comfort working in hybrid settings (onsite in Madrid and remote), managing multiple projects, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or workforce transformation initiatives; prior experience with global employers is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or other languages used in global enterprises are an advantage.
