The Role
We're hiring for technology transformation professionals to join banking, insurance, and digital platform initiatives. This role blends IT strategy/architecture with technology delivery - building the case for change and leading the teams that make it happen across Banking and Insurance platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, solution architecture, and large-scale platform transformation initiatives
- Assess technology landscapes and shape target operating models
- Drive delivery as a BA/PM - requirements, solution design, testing, go-live
- Own project planning, budgets, risk, and stakeholder reporting
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and approach
- Identify opportunities to expand initiatives and contribute to proposals
- Track emerging technology trends and bring relevant innovations into project planning
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in technology transformation, IT strategy, or program/project delivery - ideally financial services
- Hands-on exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, or Insurance system transformation
- Track record on large, complex transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into solutions clear to both technical and business audiences
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
