The Role
Ready to make your mark? Here's what you'll be doing:
- Handling pre-sales product enquiries from customers and distributors within agreed service levels
- Supporting tender preparation and maintaining a reusable reference database
- Conducting product demonstrations at roadshows, workshops, and conferences
- Carrying out pre-shipping checks, firmware updates, and product inspections
- Delivering user training at installation and during refresher sessions
- Monitoring market and competitor product developments
- Supporting SOP development and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Here's what will set you apart:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a background in Optometry
- Non-optometry candidates with at least 5 years' relevant experience will also be considered
- Sound knowledge of eye anatomy and ophthalmic product fundamentals
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, driven approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude
