Responsibilities
- Own user-facing surfaces end to end
- Build the product, not just a layer of it
- Develop UI, API, data, and handle deployment
- Ship production web applications weekly
- Utilize AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in workflow
Requirements
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Experience with Node.js or Python on the backend
- Deployed Next.js or equivalent full-stack framework
- Set up databases, APIs, and cloud deploys yourself
Qualifications
- Less than 3 years experience with exceptional shipped work
- Shipped an LLM-powered feature
- Strong portfolio, GitHub, or live product link showing work
- Preference for being judged on live product over resume keywords
- Desire for a real human to review applications
